Compliance Training Reminder

Is your PSHSV - Prevent Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence Training up to date?
  • All UW-Madison faculty, academic staff, university staff, and limited appointees who receive a paycheck from the University are required to complete this training. This includes employees-in-training, temporary employees, and employees on a project appointment. This training must be renewed every four years.

Is your Annual Cybersecurity Awareness Training up to date?

  • This annual training is mandatory for all employees (including undergraduate and graduate student employees), who access UW–Madison information technology resources per UWSA Policy 1032.
Employees who do not complete these two compliance trainings, will not be eligible for general wage adjustments or performance pay increases. It is best to wait to retake a course until the system notifies that you are due for retraining! You will receive instructions on how to complete the retraining. It is fine to take the training early, but ensure that you retake the course and not view the course again.

Below are steps to reset your expiration date and retake the training before receiving notifications:

To retake the training in the Workday and get credit for retaking the course, please follow these steps:
  1. Log into Workday
  2. On the left margin, hover over personal and click Learning
  3. Click on My Transcript
  4. Find the training in the Learning History and click the name of the training
  5. Click View Course Again
