The Open Enrollment (OE) period for 2025 runs from Monday, October 6 – Friday, October 31. This is the only time of the year when you can make benefits changes unless you have a life event (marriage, birth of a child, divorce, employment change, etc.) that allows you to change your benefits. Changes made during this period will be effective January 1, 2026. Learn more here.

Partners in Giving Kicks Off
For over 50 years, Partners in Giving, the voluntary workplace fundraising campaign for State, Universities of Wisconsin, and UW Health employees, has been making a difference. Since 1973, the Partners in Giving campaign has raised over $90 million dollars. We invite you to join us!

UW Housing Employees and their family and friends will receive a discount, with each book being $20 instead of $35! For each book purchased, Bucky Book Publications will provide $5 to the Partners in Giving Campaign as a donation made from University Housing.

- October 13: The Great Turkey Hunt - Weekly Clues will begin the week of October 13th. Win a 12lb Turkey in time for Thanksgiving! - $5 entry
- October 28: Chili Cook Off Drop Off - at Eagle Heights Community Center
- October 30: Chili Cook Off Judging and Sampling - 11:00AM, location TBD - $3 to sample and judge
- November 14: UW Housing MTV Event Watch Party - 3:00PM - $10 suggested donation
- November 16: Team Trivia - 1:00PM at Dejope - $25 per team
- November 3 - 17: Gratitude Grams - $1 per gram to make somebody's day

Waiting on an order that you’ve placed with the Housing Sign Shop for a name tag, stickers, or signage? At times, orders might be delayed slightly by equipment issues or assembly. If you have questions about an order, please email us at marketing@housing.wisc.edu. Please do not resubmit delayed orders, as this will only create more delays in our process.
