Farewell to Davis

Start saying your goodbyes — demolition of Davis Residence Hall is in progress. In the sixty-three years of Davis, it was a home for many students as a co-op, as graduate student housing, and finally as a residence hall for undergrads. Named after Susan B. Davis, former dean of freshman women, the building and its neighbor, Zoe Bayliss, will be torn down to make way for a new Letters & Science building.

Creating an Inclusive Workplace During Ramadan

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Muslim calendar and the holy month of fasting. It begins the evening of March 10 and ends the evening of April 9 this year. To be more inclusive of those who celebrate, we can make accommodations for our colleagues to be more aware and inclusive in our work.
