Nominate a Colleague for a Housing Employee Award!
It's time to nominate and recognize your co-workers! Nominations for the annual Housing Employee Awards are open until January 31, and they are a thoughtful way to recognize the outstanding service from your peers throughout 2022. Awards will be given out at the annual Housing Breakfast on May 19, 2023. Access to paper nomination forms, translated materials, and online nominations submissions are all available at go.wisc.edu/housingawards. If you do not have access to a computer, please ask your supervisor for a paper nomination form!

Welcome, New Housing Employees!
Join us in welcoming a few new employees to the division!
Residence Hall Spring Move-in
All residence halls will open for the spring semester on January 21 & 22 for residents to return. On January 17, new spring residents will move in, and hall desks and dining markets will resume regular semester hours.
MLK Symposium — An Evening with Benjamin Jealous
Former NAACP president Benjamin Jealous is this year's keynote speaker for the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Symposium on campus. On Monday, January 23 at Memorial Union, Jealous will reflect on the legacy of Dr. King through lens of his own work as a civil rights leader, social entrepreneur, and changemaker. The keynote session will be followed by a Q&A and a reception.
