Electric Eats is Hibernating Soon

There is only one more day this semester that you'll find the Electric Eats food truck around campus! After Friday, December 2, the truck is heading to its cozy den for the winter. Electric Eats and the team will be ready to serve you on Friday near Dejope, and check out their Instagram (@electriceats_uw) for the weekly menu.

Save the Date for Holiday Staff Socials

Housing staff holiday socials are coming up soon! Stop by one of the locations for cookies, coffee, hot chocolate, veggies, and good times with your colleagues. Socials are at the Gordon Symphony Room on December 13 from 2:30–3:30pm, at the UA Community Center on December 14 from 1–2pm, and at the Carson Upper Gulley Program Room on December 15 from 3–4pm and 7:30–8:30pm. Review Your Address Information & Tax Form Preferences

Please be sure to review your preferences for paper or electronic tax forms and the mailing address you have listed in MyUW. Having up to date information helps with efficient W-2 and 1095-C tax form distribution in January.

End of Year Leave Reminders for University Staff

As a reminder to University Staff, several leave balances, including floating legal holidays, vacation carryover, and personal holidays, must be used by December 31, 2022 or they will be lost. This includes two floating holidays in December.

Are you up to date on the compliance trainings for 2022? Make sure to complete the Prevention of Sexual Harassment & Sexual Violence, Cybersecurity Awareness, and CSA & Responsible Employee Trainings soon!
