Summer is upon us, and Conference Services is busy welcoming new staff, guests from 120 conferences, and a new Conference Module in StarRez. A lot of great things are happening this summer, and the excitement of returning to conferencing is in the air with all of the attending groups! Thank you for all that you are doing to make the summer successful and for being a partner with Conference Services.

What's for dinner next Wednesday? Dinner by Dining is back! Pick up broasted chicken, potato salad, sunflower crunch salad, a dinner roll, and peach pie for 2, 4, or 6 people. Place your order now for June 8! Orders close at noon on Monday, June 6.

Summer Hours for Dining Markets
Summer hours for the dining markets are in effect. Four Lakes Market is open throughout the summer for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Starbucks is open daily from 7am–2pm. Carson's, Gordon Ave., Liz's, and Rheta's Markets will be open intermittently as needed by conference groups. Check out specific meal times and other venue schedules for more information.

Join Housing staff in attending upcoming speaker events! This series, open to all career staff, will provide the opportunity for Housing staff to gain better knowledge from selected leadership and the broader campus community on the most salient issues that they are dealing with.

Lunchtime Wellness in the Gardens
Allen Centennial Gardens is hosting weekly Lunchtime Wellness activities on Thursdays from 11:30am–1pm throughout the summer. Sessions will offer hands-on activities with plants, wellness exercises, and other ways to enjoy the gardens. These events are free to participants.

COVID-19 Testing & Vaccination Summer Update
COVID-19 testing and vaccinations are available at no cost to current students and employees throughout the summer. Antigen test kits are available at 333 East Campus Mall Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–4:30pm (closed for lunch from noon–1pm) and Friday from 8:30am–12:30pm. PCR testing is also at 333 East Campus Mall, by appointment through the MyUHS app or the MyUHS web portal. UHS continues to offer free vaccination on campus by appointment.
