Campus COVID-19 Update: Masking Order; Preparations for Spring Semester; Upgraded Masks Available
Campus leaders are monitoring the public health situation and consulting experts, with plans to continue in-person instruction beginning Jan. 25. Masking has been extended through March 1. Everyone eligible for a vaccine booster should get it as soon as possible. UHS will be expanding vaccination capacity starting Jan. 24.

New Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Folder in HR Toolbox
The Housing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee is sharing a new resource for all employees and supervisors! They created a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Folder within the Training Folder in the HR Toolbox. This will serve as a hub of different resources that their team will provide and share for any trainings or additional resources.

Positive COVID Tests & Exposure to COVID-19
If you test positive or are exposed to someone who tests positive for COVID-19, please follow the advice of your healthcare provider and/or University Health Services. Employees are not required to report to their supervisor or Housing HR if they had a COVID-19 positive test or if they were a close contact to a COVID-19 positive person.

New PMDP Features Released in December 2021
The implementation of the Title and Total Compensation project title structure paved the way for upcoming enhancements to the Performance Management and Development Program (PMDP). There are three enhancements to PMDP that staff may interact with.

Vaccination Mandate for All Employees
The university has paused implementation of the federal vaccination mandate due to an injunction issued by a federal court. Employees who have not uploaded a vaccination record to UHS are no longer required to be vaccinated/show proof of vaccination.

TTC Appeals Extended to February 4th
Employees who believe their TTC position description does not match their current duties can now submit a formal appeal anytime through February 4, 2022. The appeal should be submitted through the electronic appeal system. The previous deadline of December 31st has been extended to provide employees with more time. Informal resolutions are due by Friday, January 28, 2022.
