Tracking Food Waste at Rheta's
This year, our Dining team has partnered with Leanpath, a company specializing in food waste prevention, to track the food waste at Rheta's Market. With this technology, Dining staff can track what food and how much of it is being wasted to help make more thoughtful and sustainable decisions about food production. Being sustainable doesn't just fall on staff, however. You can help reduce food waste and lower our carbon footprint at Rheta's Market and all our dining locations by being mindful of how much food you take and how much you throw away.
