Congratulations on your acceptance to UW–Madison! We’re thrilled to welcome you to our vibrant campus community. Our dedicated staff in University Housing are committed to creating a supportive community for you to thrive academically and personally.

If you want to #LiveWithBucky and join our community this fall, the deadline for you to log in to My UW Housing and complete your Housing contract is this Thursday, May 1, 2025 @ 11:55 p.m. CT. Steps to complete include submitting a contract, paying an advance payment, ranking preferred residence halls and learning/theme communities, listing any possible preferred roommate(s), and selecting a dining plan.

Note: late information is not accepted and we recommend not waiting until the last minute as traffic will be high in My UW Housing. You can change your hall/community preferences, dining plan, and roommate preferences in My UW Housing until May 1.
